Personal data collected and why

We may collect the following personal information from you on the Flourish Chiropractic website forms:

By entering this information, you are providing personal information that will be used by Flourish Chiropractic for the sole purpose of returning your contact request.

We use a third party service provider called Jane App that Flourish Chiropractic uses to schedule appointments and organize payment information to allow for the best possible experience you can have prior to visiting the office. Please see the Jane App privacy policy for additional information.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

We keep the information we have about you and your use of the services for as long as necessary for our legitimate business interests, for legal reasons, historical research and to prevent harm.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
